Cancellation Policy and Deposit
A deposit of 50% of your entire stay will be charged at the time of booking.
During Summer Season (June 1st–Oct 31st) deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
During Spring and Fall Seasons (Jan 6th–May 31st & Nov 1st–Dec 19th) deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 21 days of arrival.
During Winter Season (Dec 20, 2008–Jan 5, 2009) deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 90 days of arrival.*
No shows will result in a credit card charge for the entire stay.
*Special cancellation policies may apply for packages and promotions.
