Meal Plans
Optional meal plans are available at La Marea restaurant and are ordered prior to arrival for each day of your stay. Currently Tides Riviera Maya is offering a Full American Plan (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for $160 per person, per night, and a Modified American Plan (breakfast and dinner) for $120 per person, per night; either of which may be ordered when booking your reservation.

Cancellation Policy and Deposit
A deposit of 50% of your entire stay will be charged at the time of booking. During Summer Season (June 1st–Oct 31st) deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

During Spring and Fall Seasons (Jan 4th–May 31st & Nov 1st–Dec 18th) deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 21 days of arrival.

During Winter Season (Dec 29, 2010–Jan 4, 2011) deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 90 days of arrival.*

No shows will result in a credit card charge for the entire stay.
*Special cancellation policies may apply for packages and promotions.
