Viceroy Resort & Spa in Riviera Maya is ideally located 7 miles (10 kilometers) North of Playa Del Carmen and 40 miles (60 kilometers) South of Cancun Featuring 7 miles of white sand beach. Private transportation is available to and from the Cancun International Airport. Airport transfers cost $264 + tax USD round trip from the airport.



Driving Directions From Cancun
Take the road to Playa Del Carmen (south) for approximately 40 minutes. After passing the entrance to MAYAKOBA on your left-hand side, please slow down, the entrance to Viceroy Riviera Maya will be five minutes ahead. Exactly where the “Princess’” sign is you must turn to your left, follow that road.

After the Princess’ entrance you will find a road, you will find additional signs on this road that will guide you to our lobby after driving 1.5 miles.

Driving Directions From Tulum
Drive back to the highway and turn right. Keep driving, you will see Xelha, then Xcaret, then Playacar. Stay on the highway and you will pass a Nissan dealership. After the Nissan dealership, there are three stoplights. There is a sign posted on your right hand side. After the third stoplight, you will see the Princess’ sign where you should turn to your right and follow that road. Viceroy Riviera Maya is five minutes ahead.
