Good Wish Mayan Ceremony
A Mayan ritual preformed to reconfirm love and compromise.
The bride is dressed in hand made Mayan attire and a crown of flowers.
The groom wears white linen guayabera.
Ceremony begins with a purification by Shaman before the ceremony.
Different symbols of nature awaken to accompany and bless the union offering peace, love and abundance.
To finalize, the couple’s calls its wishes upon the flower petals.
Wishes are carried in flower petals that are thrown over the sea to keep these alive in the movement of the ocean.
The ceremony is spoken in Maya dialect and instructions are given in English.
