In an outdoor ancient-Maya kitchen of wooden branches and palapa roof, The Tides' Chef demonstrates the native method of simmering food in pit-ovens. Guests dine on the culinary creations.


Wine & Cheese Tasting Table
A tasting adventure set in the resort's wine cellar housing over 500 bottles. Guests will sample some of the cellar's finest vintages accompanied by European cheeses and charcuterie. A handsome, rustic wooden table provides a comfortable and friendly setting.

Our Executive Chef personally selects the freshest ingredients to create this memorable dining experience inspired by the cuisine of the millenary Maya culture, known for its rich and unparalleled flavors. The seven-course meal is enhanced with exquisite and astutely-selected boutique wines.
