Exquisite Riviera Maya Dining at The Tides

La Marea, a poetic dining experience on Playa Xcalacoco, specializes in Mediterranean, Mexican and Mayan cuisines. The chef will also prepare special dishes on request.

An outdoor ancient Maya kitchen made of wooden branches with a palapa roof is available for private dining events and Maya cooking classes for a minimum party of eight. Guests learn the native cooking methods whereby meats or seafood are simmered in banana leaves deep below the earth.

Guests can also choose to dine anywhere, anytime... on the beach, poolside, or in the privacy of one's villa. All breads and pastries are made at the resort.

Our wine cellar features 800 bottles of wine including the finest vintages from Chateau Lafite to Petrus.

The Tides Riviera Maya is proud to offer its guests and their invited guests exclusivity when dining at the resort. Reservations from non-guests will be considered based on availability.
